By installing a measurement head before the winding process for rotors, coils, transformers, and hairpins, it is possible to detect defective enamel wires and defective products due to insulation failures in advance. By detecting defects, it is possible to stop the winding process or mark the wires. The installation is easy, and the operation is also simple, requiring only DC 24V. The setting of test voltage and thresholds can be done on the surface with five individual presets (other presets can be provided upon request).
